USA – Indiana-based packaging company Berry Global has launched its Berry Agile Solutions service “to enable customers of all sizes to have fast access to one of the widest ranges of high-quality packaging solutions.”

Berry says the new service combines aspects of its previous M&H and PET Power business units “into a new pan-European operation [that] will offer both short lead times and low minimum order quantities, including multi-product orders.”

The company says its new combined Berry Agile Solutions’ portfolio will include products from Berry’s B Circular range, which include recycled-content products and refillable and reusable types of packaging.

“The launch of Berry Agile Solutions will enable companies with new product trials and smaller businesses to bring their new products and innovations quickly to market,” says Joe Horton, a product line director with the firm.

“We have the agility and responsiveness to be able to devise and quickly turn around effective solutions, with customers benefitting from both the design and technical expertise of the Berry Global organization and our in-depth market knowledge of key end-markets.”

The new combined business unit has been set up to provide end-to-end service from initial concept and design to delivery and fulfilment, “even for projects with small lot sizes,” states the company.

“Berry Agile Solutions will support customers in helping them to meet consumer demands, delivering the high levels of service and support that our long-term customers have historically experienced in line with our customer promise – ‘Innovation for the world. Solutions for you,’” adds Horton.

Berry Global says it employs some 46,000 employees in more than 250 locations engaged in developing, designing, and manufacturing products “with an eye toward the circular economy.”

Meanwhile, the company launched a new generation of its patented NorDiVent form-fill-seal (FFS) film with up to 50% recycled plastic content for powdered products.

content. It also aligns with Berry’s sustainability strategy for 2025 and its commitment to developing solutions to meet and exceed customers’ sustainability goals.

According to the US-based plastic packaging products maker, the recycled material content has not affected the user benefits of NorDiVent. Its durable and patented design offers consistently reliable performance.

The film, which is completely waterproof and guarantees dust-free air release, provides efficient moisture protection for products that must be kept dry and enables bags to be stored outside.
