The IPF25 ensures high accuracy with a precision dosing and weighing system that minimizes product waste.

AUSTRALIA – Concetti Australia and New Zealand has unveiled the IPF25, a fully automated packaging system tailored for seeds in portions from 100 grams to 5 kilograms.
Aimed at producers in the expanding lawn and garden market, the machine processes up to 600 bags per hour and accommodates various formats, including resealable pouches and standard sacks with multiple closure options.
In a statement, Concetti highlighted the system’s versatility for handling diverse materials, enabling efficient operations for seed companies navigating rising demand.
One early adopter selected resealable plastic bags featuring custom graphics to address consumer needs for easy access and eco-conscious design.
The setup also incorporates traceability features, on-site printing, and labeling to meet Australian and global standards on product tracking.
“With the Australian seed industry growing steadily, tools like the IPF25 help producers scale while keeping sustainability front and center,” said Marco Concetti, managing director for the region.
He noted that the company’s local team ensures quick access to spare parts and on-call technical assistance, minimizing any production halts.
Concetti’s entry builds on its five-decade legacy of partnering with seed operations worldwide, from Europe to Asia-Pacific.
The IPF25 starts at around US$150,000, depending on customizations, making it accessible for mid-sized firms. Early installations report a 25% uptick in throughput, with users praising the seamless switch between bag types.
As Australian consumers show a stronger preference for traceable, low-waste products, with 51% prioritizing environmental factors in purchases per a 2025 global survey, such systems support the sector’s push toward circular practices.
Concetti plans to conduct further demonstrations at upcoming trade events, inviting producers to test the equipment firsthand.
