The PAK showroom is set to unveil the innovative D-PAK carton packaging solution, sparking curiosity and interest among both current and potential clients.
NETHERLANDS – Elopak, a provider of carton packaging and filling machinery, in collaboration with Kompak Netherland, a European contract packer in the home and personal care industry, is launching environmentally friendly carton packaging solutions for items in these sectors.
The collaboration has resulted to D-PAK showroom at Kompak’s site in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands.
The D-PAK showroom is expected to provide an opportunity for both current and prospective clients to discover the D-PAK carton packaging solution.
The showroom will provide an opportunity for its clients to experience the revolutionary D-PAK carton packaging solution for home and personal care products, including detergents, household cleaning products, and liquid soaps.
The facility will showcase the products from design and handling to actual filling.
The new showroom features interactive stations that vividly convey the versatility, sustainability and marketing potential of D-PAK.
It exhibits multimedia ‘wall of cartons’, design samples and information on the life cycle of packaging.
For easy production, two Elopak filling lines have been installed at Kompak, with a third line anticipated to be installed later this year.
This set-up design is an advantage for brands moving towards sustainable packaging as it offers significant flexibility and facilitates quick market introductions.
Elopak’s D-PAK gable top carton is part of its ‘Repackaging tomorrow’ strategy, which involves. This strategy aims to minimise plastic packaging and gradually replace it with sustainable carton packaging.
Without compromising on safety or functionality, the D-PAK cartons reduce plastic usage by up to 80% compared to conventional packaging methods.
Not only does the D-PAK carton packaging serve as primary packaging, but it also offers a convenient refill solution, providing reassurance and satisfaction to the users.
