G&G Printers invests in PixelGlow Lumina to boost premium print embellishment

INDIA – Yamuna Nagar (Haryana)-based G&G Printers has strengthened its premium print and packaging capabilities with the installation of a PixelGlow Lumina digital UV print embellishment system from Monotech Systems.

Installed in May this year, the Made-in-India solution is already enhancing the company’s ability to deliver high-value commercial graphics and packaging with striking visual effects.

A long-established provider of commercial printing and bespoke packaging, G&G Printers is known for regularly upgrading its production floor with advanced printing and post-printing technologies.

The addition of PixelGlow Lumina aligns with this strategy, enabling the company to add tactile and visual enhancements to a wide range of products.

“Since its installation, PixelGlow Lumina has been running productively and creatively, transforming ordinary prints into premium, eye-catching outputs in ways we had never achieved before,” said Naveen Gulati, proprietor of G&G Printers.

He added that the system has exceeded expectations in embellishing diverse graphic prints and finished packaging products.

“It has only been six months, and we are still discovering new applications and creative possibilities.”

Manufactured by Monotech Systems, a globally active machine manufacturer and solution provider for the printing and packaging industry, PixelGlow Lumina has seen growing adoption across India as printers look to differentiate their offerings.

The system is designed to deliver crystal-clear embellishment at 600×600 dpi, producing rich textures and fine details.

It supports substrates ranging from 130 to 600 gsm and handles print sizes of up to 14×20 inches, operating at speeds of up to 60 sheets per hour.

At G&G Printers, the machine is being used to enhance commercial graphics as well as packaging products such as photo albums, labels, stickers, mono cartons, and corrugated boxes.

Its compact footprint and robust build make it suitable for fast-paced production environments where flexibility and turnaround time are critical.

Founded 20 years ago, G&G Printers operates across both offset and digital printing, serving brands, businesses, and individual customers.

The company’s skilled production team focuses on quality, innovation, and meeting tight delivery schedules.

The next generation is also taking an active role, with Naveen Gulati’s son, Arjun Gulati, now leading the team from the front.

Gulati noted that PixelGlow Lumina is the company’s first investment from Monotech Systems and praised the manufacturer’s technical and applications support.

“Beyond the machine itself, we are satisfied with the way Monotech’s team has helped us understand its capabilities and future scope,” he said.

The investment reflects a broader trend in India’s printing industry, where printers are increasingly adopting digital embellishment technologies to cater to premium packaging demand, shorter runs, and brand-led differentiation in competitive markets.
