AUSTRALIA – TNA Solutions, a global leader in processing and packaging solutions, will showcase its innovative technologies at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024.
From November 5 to 7, visitors will explore how TNA’s advanced systems can help snack and confectionery producers enhance output, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency.
One of the key highlights on display will be TNA’s flagship tna robag 3e vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) packaging system.
This high-performance machine offers industry-leading speeds of up to 250 bags per minute and exceptional accuracy, minimizing product waste to just 0.1%.
Attendees will have the chance to see the tna robag 3e in action, showcasing its potential to revolutionize packaging processes.
The tna intelli-flav OMS 5.1 on-machine seasoning system, designed to give snack manufacturers full control over seasoning application, will also be on display.
Using a mass-based gravimetric spraying and dry seasoning control method, the system applies precise amounts of seasoning or oil based on predefined recipes.
Its intelligent control software allows manufacturers to adjust seasoning parameters to suit specific products while maintaining high speeds and load capacity.
The tna intelli-flav OMS 5.1 supports powder flavoring and liquid oil application in a single drum, making it versatile for evolving consumer preferences.
These two systems, representing different stages of snack production, highlight TNA’s capability to provide complete, integrated solutions for food manufacturers.
“Manufacturers must innovate constantly to stay ahead of market changes,” said Palani Karai, general manager of TNA MENA.
“We’ve seen significant advancements in snack production across the Middle East, with brands choosing global end-to-end solution providers to reduce total cost of ownership, stay ahead of trends, and support expansion plans.”
A recent example of TNA’s regional success is its partnership with Egypt’s National Services Projects Organization (NSPO) Ministry of Defence.
In 2023, TNA implemented two cutting-edge production lines for the Egyptian Army—one for hash browns and rosti, capable of producing 2 metric tonnes per hour, and another for French fries and wedges, producing up to 10 metric tonnes per hour.
TNA supported every process step, from washing and de-stoning to final packaging.
At Gulfood Manufacturing 2024, TNA aims to demonstrate its comprehensive snack and confectionery production expertise.
