Huda Beauty unveils redesigned logo, packaging

UAE – Dubai-based cosmetics company Huda Beauty has introduced a new logo and revamped packaging in a video on Huda Kattan’s YouTube channel, which has already garnered over a million views.

The refreshed logo kujangbet168 features a lowercase, sans serif font with rounded edges, aiming to present a “bold but approachable” look.

Additionally, a supporting monogram has been revealed as part of the new brand identity. The original logo, designed by Kattan’s sister-in-law, first appeared on the makeup artist’s blog.

Developed in-house, the new branding is intended to distinguish Huda Beauty from its competitors.

“This is an opportunity for us to define who we are as a brand, who we are in the industry,” Kattan said during a meeting featured in the video.

“We talk about empowerment and feelings, but we haven’t yet created that as a brand for our look and feel.

“I don’t think we took it seriously enough; we always thought about the product inside more than the packaging. Well, now we have to do the packaging. We’re here, playing with the big dogs, so we have got to do it.”

The rebranding will be rolled out gradually across the Huda Beauty product portfolio, with Easy Bake Loose Powder being the first to feature the redesign.

The new packaging for Easy Bake will include the updated logo kujangbet168, rounded corners, embossed lettering, and a removable flexible sifter.

Kattan announced the company rebrand in February as part of an internal shake-up, which included discontinuing the makeup/skincare hybrid line Glowish.

The changes will be documented and released on the Huda Beauty YouTube channel as a video series.

Reflecting on the transition from the old logo to the new one, Kattan said: “Saying goodbye to the old logo was really hard.

There was this aspect of shedding your skin, and saying goodbye to who you were. That old logo represents so much of our brand, of me, and all the struggles I went through. Change is hard, even good change. We always resist change as humans, but I’m ready for this one.”
