The new space will feature flexible workspaces designed to support hybrid work, foster creativity, and encourage collaboration.

USA – Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has opened its new corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
The facility in the Buckhead district consolidates the executive leadership team and local staff in one location to speed up decision-making and cross-team cooperation across global operations.
Hassan Rmaile, president and CEO of MCC, stated that the headquarters goes beyond a simple relocation.
He explained that gathering leaders in the area enables quicker choices, freer idea exchange, and stronger teamwork.
The office includes flexible workspaces for hybrid schedules, creative areas, and venues for leadership summits, planning meetings, and workshops to advance company goals.
Tatiana Berardinelli, chief human resources officer, said the change improves customer service.
She noted that closer leadership proximity allows faster idea movement, more efficient decisions, and greater focus on client needs.
MCC, a major supplier of labels for consumer goods, home, personal care, and wine and spirits sectors, operates 115 facilities in 27 countries.
The company reported US$514 million in third-quarter net revenues for 2025, up 3% from the previous year, driven by volume growth in consumer packaged goods.
In related developments, MCC completed its sale of two former wineries in Napa Valley, California, to Constellation Brands for US$183 million on October 1, 2025.
The transaction, announced earlier, provides funds that MCC plans to use for debt reduction and general corporate purposes.
This follows the company’s shift away from wine production assets acquired through prior mergers.
The Atlanta site now acts as the main center for strategic direction. MCC continues to supply premium labels to brands worldwide while expanding its North American presence.
The headquarters supports daily operations for nearby executives and hosts events to maintain momentum in product development and market response.
MCC has introduced recyclable label materials and partnered with suppliers for lower-carbon adhesives this year.
The new headquarters includes energy-efficient systems and recycled interior fittings to match these efforts.
MCC employs over 13,000 people globally and serves customers in more than 100 countries.
The Atlanta opening coincides with increased demand for eco-friendly labeling in food, beverage, and health products.
