The inkjet-compatible wine paper is uniquely designed for high-quality printing on a variety of products, including wine, spirits, cosmetics, and food items. Its innovative features set it apart in the market.

According to VPF, the new program not only offers a satisfying solution but also ensures easy accessibility, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction and convenience.

The new system utilises water-based inkjet printing technology to customise label printing on high-quality embossed, uncoated, or wine papers.

VPF is proud to be the first in the market with our inkjet wine paper program. Our compatibility with water-based inkjet printing systems sets us apart as a pioneer in the industry.

Our new range of products includes a variety of inkjet papers, each with unique features and benefits. From the VPF 13885 – Inkjet paper Martelé white 90 g, with 40% recycled content, to the VPF 13825 – Inkjet paper Laid white 90 g, with 100% recycled content, we offer a comprehensive selection to meet your needs.

The products are readily available with either adhesive 951 for permanent labels or 605 Wash Off, which is washable at a minimum temperature of 70°C with 1% lye.

By standard minimum order quantities, Specialised adhesives are also available at any time. They comprise opaque, hot melt, removable, and cold-washable materials.

The coat embossed papers with an inkjet coating by the company offer a noticeable positive change in color appearance and drying duration compared to uncoated papers.

VPF assures that despite the use of inkjet coating and dye and pigment inks, the unique tactile qualities of uncoated paper are retained. The embossing on the paper remains visible and can be felt, adding a distinctive touch to your products.

“This opens up new possibilities for many manufacturers of high-quality products in the decoration of small and medium-sized runs, which are often characterised by numerous variety changes or individual imprints,” says the company.

Additionally, VPF has worked to ensure compatibility with permanent adhesives in the wine industry.

The separation of labels from reusable products in the washing line is made possible by coating with wash-off adhesives.

After a technical test and at the customer’s request, the company acknowledged that it is possible to apply the VPF inkjet coating to other specially embossed papers. This creates unique and customised adhesive materials.
