The company’s new FillPak Mini converter will make its debut at the exhibition.

USA – US-based sustainable packaging provider Ranpak will present its comprehensive packaging portfolio at IMHX 2025, the UK’s premier logistics and supply chain exhibition, scheduled for mid-September in Birmingham.
The company will demonstrate its advanced paper-based packaging and automation technologies, highlighting solutions that enhance warehouse efficiency while prioritizing environmental responsibility.
Ranpak’s display will feature systems like the Pad’it! automated pad insertion, PadPak Guardian Bulk cushioning, DecisionTower for precise void measurement, Cut’it! EVO for automated height reduction, and Print’it! for on-demand box-top printing.
According to Ranpak, these technologies streamline operations, reduce material waste, and ensure robust product protection during shipping.
The company will also introduce its FillPak Mini converter, designed for compact pack stations. When paired with Geami MV, it provides space efficiency and ergonomic benefits, ideal for businesses with limited workspace.
Additionally, Ranpak will highlight its cold chain packaging, offering a sustainable alternative for transporting temperature-sensitive goods.
“Our solutions are designed to meet the growing demand for efficient, eco-friendly packaging,” said Omar Asali, Ranpak’s Chairman and CEO.
This event marks the first time Ranpak will showcase its full end-to-end portfolio, demonstrating its evolution into a comprehensive intralogistics partner.
In a recent development, Ranpak expanded its partnership with Walmart in August 2025, installing AutoFill systems in five next-generation fulfillment centers across the US, including facilities in Greencastle, Pennsylvania; Joliet, Illinois; Lancaster, Texas; and Stockton, California.
The AutoFill technology, already operational in McCordsville, Indiana, automates void filling and box sealing, speeding up deliveries and reducing associate workload.
Walmart’s Senior Vice President of Automation Engineering, Vik Gopalakrishnan, noted that the system significantly minimizes packaging waste while accelerating order fulfillment.
In May 2025, Thalia, a major book retailer in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, adopted Ranpak’s technology to enhance its fulfillment processes.
The retailer will install 12 automated systems, including Cut’it! EVO and Flap’it!, at its new facility opening in 2026, aiming to optimize efficiency and sustainability across its 500+ stores and e-commerce operations.
A report from March 2025 revealed Ranpak’s strong financial performance, with fourth-quarter 2024 net revenue reaching US$105 million, a 16% increase from US$90.4 million in the same period of 2023.
In a statement, Ranpak highlighted its automation segment’s growth, projecting US$40–US$45 million in revenue for the second half of 2025, driven by partnerships with major retailers like Walmart and Amazon.
