AeroFlexx partners Kinetic Vision to fast-track eco-friendly liquid packaging solutions

The partnership aims to “bridge the physical and digital worlds of packaging development

USA – AeroFlexx, a pioneer in sustainable liquid packaging developed by Innventure, has entered a strategic partnership with Kinetic Vision, an expert in digital engineering and product development.

The collaboration focuses on speeding up the creation of next-generation liquid packaging options that prioritize environmental responsibility, efficiency, and user needs.

By merging AeroFlexx’s innovative patented technology with Kinetic Vision’s expertise in design and simulation, the duo plans to guide brands through the full process, from initial ideas to market-ready products.

Jim Topich, Kinetic Vision’s Chief Innovation Officer, highlighted the potential of this alliance. He stated that it marks a key step in streamlining packaging development.

The partnership draws on Kinetic Vision’s strengths in engineering and simulation to refine AeroFlexx’s offerings, enabling quicker prototyping of varied shapes and sizes.

This approach helps cut down on physical trials, reducing material waste early in the design phase.

A core element of the joint effort is Kinetic Vision’s digital-first method, which uses AI-driven tools for virtual testing.

Teams can simulate real-world scenarios, such as shelf-life performance and consumer interactions, without producing samples.

This not only shortens timelines but also ensures packaging meets strict sustainability standards before manufacturing starts.

For brands in consumer goods and beverages, the result means access to solutions that minimize plastic use while maintaining product integrity.

Cedric D’Souza, AeroFlexx’s Chief Technology Officer, noted the value of bridging digital and physical elements in this work.

According to him, the tie-up with Kinetic Vision transforms concepts into viable products faster, fostering collaboration among designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

He emphasized that such integrations open doors to scalable changes in the industry.

Kinetic Vision brings experience from serving more than 50 Fortune 500 clients, including major players in food and beverage sectors.

Their work spans everything from logistics optimization to market research, ensuring packaging performs well across the supply chain.

This partnership arrives amid rising global pressure on companies to adopt greener practices, with liquid packaging facing scrutiny over plastic pollution.

In related developments, a new initiative in the Middle East has introduced biodegradable coatings for beverage containers, cutting carbon footprints by up to 30% in pilot tests.

These advancements, combined with AeroFlexx and Kinetic Vision’s project, signal a broader shift where digital tools play a larger role in curbing packaging waste.

Brands adopting these methods report cost savings of around US$500,000 annually on prototyping alone, based on scaled implementations.

Overall, this collaboration equips companies to respond to consumer demands for eco-conscious options without sacrificing quality.

As production scales, it could lead to widespread adoption of lighter, recyclable liquid formats, easing environmental impacts in a sector that generates billions of tons of waste yearly.

AeroFlexx and Kinetic Vision aim to launch initial prototypes within the next six months, setting the stage for broader commercialization.
