Berry Global strengthens Agile Solutions portfolio with Wave2cc addition

USA – Berry Global has unveiled its latest innovation, the Wave2cc mono-material dispenser for personal care, now available through Berry Agile Solutions.

This dispenser revolutionizes the consumer experience by offering improved dispensing for a wide range of products, including liquid soap, hair treatments, and body lotions, while also delivering exceptional sustainability benefits.

Crafted from 100 percent polyolefin and free from metal parts, Wave2cc is fully recyclable when paired with PET bottles, where appropriate recycling facilities exist.

Its eco-friendly design has earned the dispenser a RecyClass accreditation Class B when combined with PET bottles and Class C with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) versions. Additionally, Wave2cc can be manufactured using CleanStream recycled polypropylene (rPP) for contact-sensitive applications.

Featuring a versatile 28/410 neck, Wave2cc seamlessly integrates with Berry Agile Solutions’ range of 150ml to 750ml bottles, which are offered with up to 100 percent post-consumer recycled (PCR) PET and HDPE.

This flexibility empowers manufacturers and product developers to customize packaging solutions tailored to their unique needs, including various printing and finishing options.

Equipped with an easy-to-handle wide pump actuator, Wave2cc allows for adjustable dosage settings, ensuring precise product dispensing with minimal waste.

Its durable construction guarantees reliable, long-term performance, making it an ideal choice for e-commerce packaging by preventing accidental spills during transit. Wave2cc has earned ISTA 6 e-commerce approval for bottles ranging from 200ml to 1 liter.

Joe Horton, product line director for Berry Agile Solutions, expressed confidence in Wave2cc’s ability to meet the packaging requirements of personal care product consumers.

He highlighted how the dispenser delivers effective dosage in convenient and reliable amounts, catering to individual brand needs.

Berry Global launched the Agile Solution service last August, aiming to provide customers of all sizes with rapid access to a wide array of high-quality packaging solutions.

The service combines elements of Berry’s previous M&H and PET Power business units into a unified pan-European operation, offering short lead times and low minimum order quantities, including multi-product orders.

The combined portfolio of Berry Agile Solutions will feature products from Berry’s B Circular range, encompassing recycled-content products, as well as refillable and reusable packaging options.

This comprehensive offering reinforces Berry Global’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the personal care packaging industry.
