UK – James Jones & Sons, a family-owned forest products company, has expanded its Pallets and packaging Division by acquiring HG Timber.

Based in Buckingham, UK, HG Timber is a leading supplier of standard and bespoke pallets and timber products, serving industries such as packaging, food, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing across the UK and Europe.

HG Timber operates eight high-speed, automated production lines capable of producing over 1.8 million timber products annually on a single-shift basis.

The company, with a history dating back to 1945, is currently managed by the third generation of the Theodoulou family.
