Warren Beard, managing director of Connect Print, explained that the partnership strengthens the company’s ability to deliver reliable, commercially sound solutions without changing who they are.

UK – Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK has partnered with Connect Print, giving the consultancy-led provider access to digital cut-sheet, fifth-color, industrial print, label production, inkjet, High Chroma, MGI digital embellishment, and in-line finishing technologies to serve high-volume and specialist environments.
The Connect Print leadership team, Warren Beard, Paul Stead, and Jason Bryant, brings more than 75 years of combined industry experience, and the two organizations have a working history spanning more than two decades.
A Partnership Built on Trust, Not Lock-In
Warren Beard, managing director of Connect Print, explained that the partnership strengthens the company’s ability to deliver reliable, commercially sound solutions without changing who they are.
He noted that Connect Print remains independent in its recommendations, focused on ROI, and fully accountable for the outcomes it delivers.
Working with Konica Minolta means the company now has even more depth and capability behind it.
For customers, this independence matters. Connect Print advises on technology selection without being tied to a single vendor, and the partnership adds Konica Minolta’s production portfolio to the options it can recommend.
That portfolio includes digital cut-sheet presses for commercial print, fifth-color stations for spot colors and white ink, label production systems for narrow-web packaging, inkjet platforms for high-volume transactional print, and MGI digital embellishment for foil and texture effects.
A 20-Year History Formalized
The two organizations have worked together for more than 20 years, but the formal partnership extends their collaboration beyond equipment supply.
Konica Minolta will now provide Connect Print with deeper technical support, joint customer engagement programs, and market development initiatives through 2026.
For print buyers, the relationship means access to Konica Minolta’s service infrastructure, including its national network of engineers and spare parts, through Connect Print’s consultative engagement model.
The Market Opportunity
Jon Hiscock, head of production and industrial print at Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK, noted that Connect Print brings an exceptional level of experience, credibility, and customer understanding to the market.
He added that Connect Print’s consultative approach, combined with Konica Minolta’s production portfolio and service capability, creates a powerful proposition across commercial print, public sector, and corporate print rooms.
When Consultancy Meets Firepower
Connect Print has always advised on technology. Now it has Konica Minolta’s full production portfolio behind those recommendations.
For commercial printers and corporate print rooms, that means consultative guidance backed by the service network of a global manufacturer, without losing independence.
