This fresh order reinforces its strong ties with existing customers while positioning it as a reliable partner.

INDIA – Rajshree Polypack Limited has announced the receipt of a repeat order valued at approximately ₹1.62 crore (US$183,405.33) from a leading packaging manufacturer listed on the Indian stock exchanges and majority-owned by a Finland-based packaging giant.
The development highlights the company’s growing reputation as a trusted supplier in India’s competitive rigid plastic packaging market.
The order involves the supply of rigid plastic sheets, one of Rajshree’s core products.
According to the company, the contract will be fulfilled by October 2025, or within a mutually agreed timeframe to meet required volumes.
Importantly, Rajshree confirmed that a domestic entity awarded the deal, does not fall under related-party transactions, and that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies hold any interest in the client.
Repeat orders are often viewed as a testament to a supplier’s ability to deliver consistent quality and reliability.
For Rajshree Polypack, this fresh order reinforces its strong ties with existing customers while positioning it as a reliable partner for multinational packaging groups operating in India.
The Finnish parent company of the client is among the world’s leading players in sustainable packaging solutions, with operations spanning food service, consumer goods, and healthcare.
The repeat order, therefore, reflects not just domestic demand but also alignment with global packaging leaders that are increasingly setting higher benchmarks for sustainability and product innovation.
India’s packaging industry on growth path
India’s packaging market, currently valued at over US$70 billion, is expanding at a CAGR of around 12%.
This growth is underpinned by rising consumer demand, rapid urbanization, increasing penetration of organized retail and e-commerce, and the adoption of innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.
Rigid plastic packaging continues to play a key role in this expansion, balancing durability, cost-effectiveness, and adaptability to evolving recyclability standards.
Rajshree’s focus on rigid sheets, which are widely used in food, FMCG, and pharmaceutical packaging, places it in a strong position to capitalize on this demand.
The repeat order comes at a time when sustainability has become a central theme for global and domestic packaging players.
With stricter environmental regulations and multinational customers demanding greener supply chains, manufacturers like Rajshree are expected to innovate further to align with recyclable and reduced-plastic solutions.
Analysts say this deal reflects both market confidence and the company’s ability to compete in a rapidly changing environment.
As packaging companies globally push for circular economy models, partnerships with firms like Rajshree Polypack are likely to gain more prominence.
