UK – Tri-Wall UK has signed a deal to take over CCC located in Chesterfield and said it intends to expand operations, invest in equipment and grow jobs.
Established in 1996, The Corrugated Case Company has become one of the UK’s leading specialists in the design and manufacture of corrugated packaging products.
With a firm reputation of quality, innovation and delivering value for its customers, CCC is a great addition to the Tri-Wall portfolio.
Gavin Peters, the UK CEO of Tri-Wall, says: “This is a great opportunity for both CCC and Tri-Wall to expand and grow into a stronger position.
“With CCC on board, we enlarge our footprint, both geographically and in product range, positioning us as the go-to supplier for all things packaging.”

Tri-Wall Limited buys Action Wood
Meanwhile, Tri-Wall limited through its fully owned North American subsidiary, TW America Inc, has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the business assets of Action Wood Technologies, Inc.
Founded in 1986, Action Wood is well-established in the US market as a leading wood packaging solutions provider, serving customers in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and general industrial markets.
Operating from its facility in Clinton Township, Michigan, Action Wood provides customers with a wide array of bespoke wooden packaging products including nail-less and collapsible wooden crates, graphic printed packaging, and certified dangerous goods packaging, which is supported in part by extensive know-how in battery transport.
