AquaFlex water-washable plates use a proprietary compound that delivers linear screen reproduction with near-zero dot growth, reducing bump-up needs and ensuring consistent print quality throughout the run.

INDIA – Dantex Group has appointed Keyway Sales Enterprises as the authorised distributor for its AquaFlex water-washable flexographic plates in India, expanding local access to solvent-free plate technology that enables finished plates in under an hour while eliminating solvent processing.
The agreement, announced on 10 August 2026, will see Keyway represent the complete AquaFlex range, providing Indian converters with local access to Dantex’s water-washable plate technology along with dedicated technical assistance.
AquaFlex enables finished plates to be produced in less than an hour while eliminating solvent processing, helping converters improve productivity, simplify plate production and reduce environmental impact without compromising print quality.
Based in Gurugram, Keyway serves converters throughout India with a focus on technical expertise and customer support across the entire production workflow, from pre-press and platemaking through to printing and finishing.
Technology Benefits and Market Context for Indian Converters
The AquaFlex water-washable plate technology uses a specially formulated water-wash compound that results in linear screen reproduction with near zero dot growth through production, reducing bump-up requirements and lending itself to consistent print quality through the whole print run.
With India remaining one of the fastest-growing markets for labels and packaging, demand is increasing for technologies that combine productivity, quality and sustainability.
The India food and beverage packaging market is projected to grow from US$42.85 billion in 2025 to US$72.45 billion by 2035 at a CAGR of 6.8 percent, with flexible packaging leading the segment at 45.8 percent share.
Bhupesh Tilwani, founder of Keyway Sales Enterprises, stated that AquaFlex offers a compelling solution for converters looking to improve both operational efficiency and sustainability, with the simplicity and speed of the process making it well suited to the evolving needs of the Indian flexographic market.
Partnership and Industry Engagement
Emmanuel Mougenot, group manager of Dantex Group’s Flexo Division, stated that Keyway brings extensive technical knowledge, strong customer relationships and a clear understanding of the Indian flexographic market, with their commitment to supporting customers throughout the implementation process making them the ideal partner.
Following his recent visit to India, Mougenot noted that the market continues to invest in technologies that improve productivity and print performance while supporting more sustainable manufacturing practices.
Dantex and Keyway Sales Enterprises will be exhibiting at LOUPE India 2026 (formerly Labelexpo India) from 29 October to 1 November 2026 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.
