All4Labels CEO Guenther Weymans retires, Reiser UK appoints new managing director

New CEO Evelyn Hartinger joined All4Labels eight months ago.

EUROPE — All4Labels has announced the retirement of CEO Guenther Weymans after five years at the helm and appointed Evelyn Hartinger as his replacement.

During his tenure, he oversaw a significant restructuring programme last year aimed at streamlining processes, sharpening the company’s market focus, and reinforcing its global operating model.

Hartinger, who joined All4Labels eight months ago as head of the industry and specialities segment, takes over with immediate effect.

She has been closely involved in key strategic projects during the restructuring phase. Her background spans global strategy consulting and senior leadership roles within a European consumer packaging company, with experience across Europe, the US, and Australia.

“The foundation laid by the restructuring is excellent,” Hartinger said. “My goal is to further expand our market focus, leading the company into a sustainable future.”

Harald Schulz, chairman of the advisory board, credited Weymans with driving cost reductions, realigning the company toward global market segments, and embedding a strong safety culture.

“Mrs Hartinger has assumed the CEO leadership role at All4Labels with immediate effect – I look forward to working with her and wish her every success for the company,” he said.

All4Labels operates 50 sites worldwide and has more than 25 years of experience in digital printing, with a strong emphasis on sustainable packaging solutions.

Last year, the company expanded its flexible packaging offering through the launch of its All4Flexibles online B2B platform, underscoring its focus on digitalization and portfolio diversification.

Reiser UK appoints new managing director

In a parallel development in the UK, Reiser UK has appointed James Couldwell as managing director.

Couldwell joins from ULMA Packaging UK, where he served as managing director and led strategic growth initiatives within the packaging machinery sector.

At Reiser UK, which supplies processing and packaging solutions across meat, poultry, seafood, alternative proteins, bakery and dairy sectors, Couldwell will oversee business growth, customer engagement and operational performance.

“Reiser UK’s commitment to delivering smarter, more efficient and reliable solutions aligns perfectly with my career focus,” Couldwell said. Reiser president Steve Todd added that his leadership and industry insight would strengthen the company’s market position.

The appointments reflect a broader trend of strategic leadership renewal across the packaging value chain, as companies prioritize operational efficiency, digital transformation and sustainable growth.
