Berlin Packaging expands with acquisition of Cosmei

USA – Berlin Packaging, a hybrid packaging supplier, has expanded its presence in the beauty and cosmetics sector with the acquisition of Italian company Cosmei, known for its forward-thinking packaging solutions and agile, design-driven approach.

This acquisition is a strategic move that opens new avenues for service delivery and innovation within the global cosmetics industry, infusing a fresh wave of creativity into an already powerful portfolio.

Cosmei is Michele Cicchetti and headquartered in Bagnolo Cremasco, which is located within the Italy’s Cosmetic Valley.

The company focuses on creating minimalist essentials and impactful, customized designs, produced through close partnerships with beauty brands.

Apart from its headquarters in Italy, Cosmei maintains a sourcing office in Guangzhou, China, enhancing its international supply network and reinforcing strategic collaborations throughout the region.
