Crown and San Juan Beverage Company launch BAMMARITA in sleek new packaging

USA – Crown Holdings, a global leader in aluminium beverage can production, has partnered with San Juan Beverage Company (San Juan Bev. Co.) to bring a new line of ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails, branded as BAMMARITA, to the market.

This exclusive collaboration showcases the integration of innovative beverage packaging with a product that carries both celebrity appeal and regional pride.

BAMMARITA, a canned margarita cocktail, is now available in four refreshing flavors: Lime, Cadillac, Mango, and Kiwi Strawberry.

Each variant is packaged in 12oz CrownSleek aluminium cans, which offer a modern, eye-catching silhouette and are well-suited to on-the-go lifestyles.

The drink contains 6% alcohol by volume and is gluten-free, appealing to consumers seeking a lighter, more convenient alternative to traditional margaritas.

The inspiration behind BAMMARITA stems from former Seattle Seahawks player Kam Chancellor, whose nickname “Bam Bam Kam” influenced the product’s branding.

Previously served at Chancellor’s Legion Sports Bar, the cocktail is now positioned for mass distribution, thanks to the combined efforts of Crown, San Juan Bev. Co., and West Coast Container, which provided additional support in the production process.

Crown’s advanced packaging capabilities played a critical role in the swift rollout of the product.

The project was completed in just three months, demonstrating the efficiency and agility of the collaboration.
