USA – GenNx360 Capital Partners has appointed Hany Salama as CEO of Nutra-Med Packaging, effective 12 January 2026.
He succeeds Kunal Gupta, who has led the company since the private equity firm’s investment in 2022.
The leadership transition comes as Nutra-Med accelerates its operational and capacity expansion plans.
Salama’s mandate includes enhancing manufacturing processes, broadening service offerings, and increasing production capabilities in response to growing demand from pharmaceutical and healthcare customers.
He will work closely with the existing management team to strengthen quality systems and drive the company’s next phase of growth.
Salama said, “I am honoured to join Nutra-Med at such a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution.
“I look forward to working with the talented Nutra-Med team to build on the company’s strong foundation, continue delivering high-quality packaging solutions, and create lasting value for our customers and partners.”
Gupta will transition into the role of president. Reflecting on the leadership change, he said, “We are delighted to welcome Hany to Nutra-Med.

His experience, leadership style, and vision will be invaluable as Nutra-Med continues to evolve and pursue its significant market opportunity.”
Salama brings more than two decades of experience across healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, consumer health, and life sciences. His career includes senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Roche, and BASF.
At J&J, he oversaw supply chain and manufacturing operations for several leading brands. Most recently, he served as senior vice-president and general manager at McKesson, where he led biopharma services and speciality distribution.
Based in Whippany, New Jersey, Nutra-Med Packaging provides contract packaging solutions to pharmaceutical, health and wellness, and medical device companies in the US and abroad.
Its capabilities include bottling, blister packaging, kitting, and secondary packaging services.
VPK UK & Ireland names Noel Maguire as Limerick Plant General Manager

In a separate development, VPK Packaging UK & Ireland has appointed Noel Maguire as plant general manager for its Limerick manufacturing facility.
Maguire brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across recycling, packaging, and food sectors. His appointment underscores VPK’s commitment to strengthening its footprint in the Irish market.
Interim managing director Paul Barber said, “This is a significant appointment for VPK and a clear statement of our commitment to the Irish market.
“Limerick is a key manufacturing site for us, producing in Ireland for Ireland, and Noel’s leadership will help us build on that strong foundation.
“His experience, energy and commercial mindset make him the ideal person to guide the site into its next phase of growth while ensuring we continue to deliver the quality and service our customers expect.”
Maguire added that his focus will be on developing talent within the organization, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring the site continues to deliver strong value for customers across Ireland.
