Ipack Solutions ends 13-year agency agreement with Eterna for UK, Ireland markets

This move marks a new chapter for both companies, with Ipack Solutions moving on from this long-standing partnership

UK/IRELAND – Ipack Solutions has decided to end its agency agreement with Eterna, a manufacturer of folding carton equipment, in the UK and Ireland after 13 years of collaboration.

The company maintains its existing relationships with other agencies without any changes.

John Hall, Managing Director of Ipack Solutions, expressed gratitude for the partnerships formed over the years.

In a statement, he said, “We’re grateful for the partnerships and the relationships that we’ve built during this time and thank our customers for making the decision to purchase Eterna equipment.”

He added that evolving operational strategies led to the recognition that their approaches now differ.

The company pledges to maintain service continuity for customers during and after the transition period. Details of a new strategic partnership will come in an announcement early in the new year.

Hall also shared optimism about future developments, noting excitement for upcoming opportunities while committing to core values of trust, customer support, and reliable delivery.

In a recent development, VPK Group has increased its stake in Ribble Packaging, a UK-based corrugated specialist, to 50%. That move expands capacity in fibre-based solutions for sustainable applications.

Another development involves Wrapology, a packaging firm that installed dual DGM machines to expand into paper-based packaging.

These installations support growth in eco-friendly options for brands seeking recyclable materials.
