USA – Leading innovator of narrow- and mid-web printing and finishing equipment, Mark Andy is proud to offer introductory access to the newest technology in automation for tag and label converting – the Tidland RD AutoScore.

Developed by Maxcess, this cutting-edge solution enables faster run speeds, reduced setup time, improved safety, and increased productivity.

The Tidland RD AutoScore brings automated depth setting and trim width control, allowing for precise and repeatable adjustments for score blades.

This feature ensures consistent and accurate results, reducing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.

With fast changeovers and the ability to handle a wide range of materials, including PET liners, the RD AutoScore expands the possibilities for converters, enabling them to meet diverse customer demands.

Maxcess has designed the RD AutoScore which provides enhanced safety features and improved ergonomics.

With ISO 13854 finger-safe certification, operators can work with confidence, knowing that their well-being is prioritized.

The intuitive 7″ color touchscreen interface provides easy access to controls and settings, simplifying operation and reducing the risk of errors.

By implementing the RD AutoScore, converters can achieve significant material waste reduction. Typical converters can save between 15,000 to 50,000 feet of material annually, contributing to cost savings and environmental sustainability.

In addition, the RD AutoScore enables increased line speeds, allowing converters to meet tight deadlines and enhance overall productivity.
