Nefab Group strengthens European market position with acquisition of Embalajes Echeberria

SPAIN – Nefab Group, through its Spanish subsidiary Nefab S.A.U., has acquired Embalajes Echeberria Soluciones de Embalaje, a Basque-based company specializing in complete packaging solutions and heavy-duty corrugated products.

The acquisition is set to strengthen Nefab’s position in Spain and across Europe, reinforcing its commitment to delivering sustainable and resource-saving solutions in global supply chains.

Embalajes Echeberria brings over 50 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing fiber-based, heavy-duty packaging solutions.

Their strong local presence and high-quality offering make them an excellent complement to Nefab Spain’s existing capabilities.

The integration will enable Nefab to better serve both regional and multinational customers in key industries such as Lithium-ion Batteries (LiB), E-Mobility, Defense, and Energy.
