PET Technologies to showcase next-gen blow molding technology at Drinktec 2025

The company will showcase latest-generation blow molding machine, engineered to revolutionize efficiency, precision, and sustainability.

AUSTRIA – PET Technologies is gearing up for a dynamic presence at Drinktec 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry, set to take place from September 15 to 19 at Messe München, Germany.

The company will be exhibiting at booth C6-461, where visitors will get an exclusive preview of its latest advancements in PET bottle production, headlined by the new generation of APF-Max blow molding machines.

At the heart of PET Technologies’ showcase is the APF-Max series, an advanced blow molding system engineered for exceptional efficiency, automation, and precision.

The system incorporates a near-infrared (NIR) heating system combined with ceramic reflectors, significantly reducing energy consumption and heating times.

A two-stage air recovery system further enhances the machine’s eco-efficiency, appealing to manufacturers committed to sustainability.

Automation is another standout feature. The APF-Max is equipped with a B&R (Austria) PLC control system, offering multi-language support and intuitive software.

The user-friendly interface, along with a central lubrication system, simplifies operation and maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and consistent performance.

The modular design of the APF-Max series allows it to scale with production needs. Available in configurations ranging from 2 to 8 cavities, the system supports outputs of 3,500 to 14,000 bottles per hour, offering flexible, incremental growth for beverage producers of all sizes.

In terms of precision, the APF-Max’s all-electric architecture, driven by high-performance servo motors, guarantees stable operation and high-speed accuracy with every cycle.

This focus on quality extends to PET Technologies’ custom mold solutions, which are manufactured using 4- and 5-axis CNC machines to ensure detailed, brand-specific bottle designs.

Durability is also a key focus. PET Technologies’ molds undergo anodization treatments, boosting their hardness, resistance to corrosion, and performance in high-volume production settings.

Visitors to Drinktec 2025 can look forward to live demonstrations of the APF-Max in action, offering firsthand insight into its speed, reliability, and versatility.

The booth will also feature interactive customization sessions, allowing guests to explore how the company tailors mold and production solutions to diverse packaging needs.

Additionally, expert consultations will be available to guide businesses on optimizing production efficiency and reducing operational costs.

As the packaging industry evolves, PET Technologies continues to push boundaries. Drinktec 2025 will be a key opportunity for industry stakeholders to experience the future of PET bottle production, where innovation meets performance.
