SASG installs Drip Master at Tashkent’s Amirbek Excellent Print

INDIA – Faridabad-based SASG UV Solutions, a globally recognized manufacturer of UV curing systems and specialized coating equipment, has completed the installation of its flagship Drip Master coating machine at Amirbek Excellent Print in Tashkent.

The installation marks another international milestone for SASG, whose technologies are rapidly expanding across global print and packaging markets.

Drip Master is one of SASG’s most versatile coating systems, designed as an all-in-one solution for a range of applications, including spot UV, drip-off, hybrid, UV flood coating, window coating, and aqueous coating.

Built on the Heidelberg platform, the machine integrates advanced automation with high reliability, enabling continuous, round-the-clock performance with rapid job changeovers.

“Drip Master is our first machine from the Indian manufacturer SASG, and so far we are utterly satisfied with its overall performance, whether in UV or water-based coating,” said Islamov Davlatbek, Director of Amirbek Excellent Print.

He added that the machine’s quality output and strong warranty were decisive factors in their purchase.

Founded in 2017, Amirbek Excellent Print has established itself as a prominent printing and finishing provider in Uzbekistan, offering boxes, carry bags, seasonal gift items, and other value-added products for clients in food, confectionery, personal care, and education sectors.

The company operates a fully modernised facility equipped with automated presses, advanced finishing systems, and now, the newly installed Drip Master.

“Drip Master has opened a completely new level of coating capability for us,” Davlatbek said.
