Nadin will transition into the role alongside outgoing chief executive Richard Knight until the end of the year, after which he will officially take over.
Nadin aims to enhance customer value and innovation by investing in people and product automation.
“I am excited to leverage my background in driving business excellence to establish further ABG’s position as a pioneer in the label printing industry,” Nadin stated.
“I am committed to working closely with the company’s existing owners and leadership teams to preserve ABG’s values, strategic direction, and strong teamwork ethic, which is very much part of ABG culture.”

Koenig & Bauer UK appoints new UK Post-Press sales manager
Koenig & Bauer UK has appointed Sam Ward as the new UK Post-Press Sales Manager. Ward will be responsible for selling all Koenig & Bauer folder gluing and die-cutting solutions for print and packaging production in the UK.
Ward brings extensive experience in the post-press market from both supplier and user perspectives. He previously worked with Arden Dies as a Customer Success advisor for Highcon and has over 12 years of experience as a post-press machine operator in conventional and digital packaging production.
“Obviously, the pull of the name Koenig & Bauer was a large part of the appeal of this role for me, but the Company vision was even more significant; the fact that Koenig & Bauer is dedicated to being a one-stop shop for print and packaging efficiency,” Ward explained.
“I sometimes feel that the industry doesn’t give post-press all the respect it’s due, considering that it is fundamental to the overall success of a job. Having started at the bottom, I know how much skill this work involves.
“Koenig & Bauer’s belief in end-to-end efficiency throughout the entire production chain means that every process carries the same weight and receives the same focus. This is a key technology differentiator, and I’m eager to help customers understand this.”
