UK – Berlin Packaging has acquired BlueSky, a Grimsby-based packaging supplier, in a strategic move that expands its UK presence across beauty, personal care, home care and beverage sectors while adding specialized container, closure, dispensing, decoration and printing capabilities.
The deal, finalized on 11 June 2026, marks Berlin Packaging’s second acquisition in two days following its purchase of O.Berk Company.
BlueSky supplies plastic, metal and glass packaging including containers, closures and dispensing products tailored to customer requirements.
The Grimsby-based family business serves small and mid-sized clients across the UK and offers value-added services including decoration and printing backed by sourcing expertise.
The UK sustainable packaging market reached US$10.4 billion in 2025 and is projected to grow to US$19.5 billion by 2034 at a CAGR of 6.96 percent. No currency conversion was required as all figures are in US dollars.
