Lemark joins with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the B2B sector.

SWEDEN – Swedish packaging solutions provider Boxon Group has announced the appointment of Linus Lemark as its next CEO, effective early 2025.
Boxon Group board chairman Anders Yllfors stated, “We are entering an exciting phase focused on growth, sustainability, and innovation. Linus brings the experience, energy, and strategic vision needed to lead Boxon Group into the future.”
Lemark joins with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the B2B sector, most notably at Duni Group, where he held a series of executive roles over 17 years.
He also chaired the boards of Rexcell, Duni’s paper production unit, and Duni’s Thailand-based partner, broadening his experience in international operations and governance.
He is expected to be involved in strategic planning and transition activities ahead of his formal start next year.

Headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden, Boxon operates across the Nordic region, Europe, and Asia, offering everything from standard packaging solutions to fully automated packaging systems. The company employs approximately 220 people worldwide.
Weedon Group appoints Colin Cutts as Managing Director
In related news, the Weedon Group, a UK-based independent manufacturer of corrugated packaging, has named Colin Cutts as its new Group Managing Director.
This appointment follows the retirement of John and Peter Weedon in March 2025, concluding decades of leadership that culminated in the company’s successful integration into Zeus Packaging Group in April 2024.
“We extend our deepest gratitude to John and Peter for their outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment to the business,” said a company spokesperson.
Colin Cutts brings more than 30 years of industry experience, with a strong background in sales, general management, POS, and display solutions.
His strategic and operational expertise makes him well-positioned to lead Weedon Group into its next phase of development.
His appointment signals a new chapter for the Group as it aims to expand its market presence, drive innovation, and unlock new opportunities within the packaging sector.
