Haber appoints former ITC executive Sanjay Singh to Board of Directors

The company is strengthening its position in both Indian and international markets.

INDIA — Industrial automation and AI solutions provider Haber has appointed Mr. Sanjay Singh, former Board Member and Group Head of ITC’s Paper and Packaging Division, to its Board of Directors, effective 24 July 2025.

The move signals Haber’s intent to accelerate its mission of transforming process industries through advanced automation and AI-driven process intelligence.

Mr. Singh brings over four decades of leadership experience in the pulp, paper, and packaging sectors.

During his tenure at ITC, he played a pivotal role in shaping the Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division (PSPD) into one of Asia’s most technologically advanced and sustainable operations.

His leadership legacy includes championing energy efficiency, water conservation, and product innovation, while steering the division toward global competitiveness.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Singh has held senior roles in key industry bodies, serving as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and President of the Indian Pulp & Paper Technical Association (IPPTA), where he influenced policy and technological advancements in the sector.
