HP expands Laser M300 Series in India with three new auto-duplex models

The portfolio now includes faster print output, lower operational costs and a design that uses recycled material.

INDIA — HP India has broadened its Laser M300 Series portfolio with the launch of three new monochrome laser printers — Laser 335dn, Laser 335dw, and MFP 355sdnw, aimed at small and medium businesses, enterprises, and print shops requiring high-efficiency printing.

All three models offer automatic duplex printing and output speeds of up to 33 pages per minute, strengthening HP’s competitiveness in India’s fast-growing office and commercial printing segment.

A notable upgrade is HP’s first separate drum and toner system for the A4 commercial channel in India.

The imaging drum yields up to 10,000 pages, significantly reducing operating costs and extending machine life.

High-yield toner cartridges capable of producing 3,000 pages further bring down the cost per page for high-volume users.

“These new models bring faster speeds, higher efficiency, and sustainable design to support SMBs, print shops, and enterprises as they adapt to new ways of working,” said Satish Kumar, Senior Director, Print Category at HP India.

Powered by a 600 MHz processor and 256 MB memory, the printers deliver a first-page-out time of 8.5 seconds and feature a 250-sheet input tray.

The multifunction MFP 355sdnw includes a 40-sheet automatic document feeder for scanning and copying needs.

Connectivity options include USB, Ethernet and wireless, while the Laser 335dw and MFP 355sdnw support mobile printing through the HP App, allowing users to print remotely.

All three models contain 20% recycled plastic and comply with Indian energy-efficiency and environmental standards.

Their compact all-white design targets businesses needing robust performance in limited office spaces.

Pricing on the HP eStore begins at Rs 24,000 for the Laser 335dn, Rs 25,500 for the Laser 335dw, and Rs 37,875 for the multifunction MFP 355sdnw. The devices are available via HP’s online and retail distribution channels nationwide.

HP strengthens market presence with new graphics experience centre in Mumbai

The launch follows HP India’s recent opening of a state-of-the-art Graphics Experience Centre in Mumbai, established in partnership with Redington.

Beyond showcasing HP’s advanced large-format printers, the centre serves as a collaborative hub for innovation, training and solution development.

The move reflects Mumbai’s long-standing position as India’s graphics and printing capital. Vitesh Sharma, HP’s country head for large-format printing in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, called Mumbai “the nerve centre of all economic activities,” noting its proximity to major retail and corporate brands.

The facility features technologies such as HP Latex, now with over 2,500 installations across India, including tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

HP aims to support the country’s booming print market, which reached US$3.1 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow at a 5.8% CAGR through 2030, driven by retail expansion, infrastructure growth and rising demand for personalized printing.
