IntraPac India 2025 aims to serve as a strategic platform for companies to discover and showcase cutting-edge innovations.
INDIA – The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) has announced the 2nd edition of IntraPac India, scheduled to take place from 10 to 13 December 2025 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
With over 37 years of industry experience, IPAMA continues to play a key role in driving the printing and packaging machinery sector through such flagship events.
The India Expo Centre offers strong connectivity to Delhi NCR’s airports, metro stations, and other key transit points.
To further enhance accessibility, IPAMA is considering running complimentary shuttle services from the Botanical Metro Station in Noida to the exhibition venue.
As the packaging industry rapidly evolves with advancements in automation, sustainability, and digital technologies, IntraPac India 2025 aims to serve as a strategic platform for companies to discover and showcase cutting-edge innovations.
The exhibition will cover an extensive array of solutions across various sectors, including packaging technologies for food, beverages, confectionery, bakery, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
Visitors can also expect a comprehensive display of packaging materials, consumables, auxiliary equipment, and food and beverage processing machinery.
Additional highlights will include technologies related to food safety, intralogistics, warehousing, snack processing, bakery systems, cutting machinery, and weighing systems—covering the entire packaging and processing value chain.
To encourage wider participation, particularly among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), IPAMA has introduced competitive pricing for exhibitors. Shell space is priced at Rs 9,500 per square meter, while bare space is available at Rs 8,500 per square meter.
Exhibitors who follow the payment schedule will benefit from an early bird discount of Rs 1,000 per square meter, making the event financially accessible for a broader range of companies.
Following the successful debut of IntraPac India—which hosted 175 exhibitors across 5,167 square meters—the 2025 edition is poised for significant growth. The event is expected to span 12,000 square meters and attract over 300 exhibitors.
Interest in the upcoming edition is already high, with 74 companies confirming participation well in advance.
IntraPac India 2025 is shaping up to be a key event on the industry calendar, offering opportunities for networking, business development, and staying ahead of trends in the dynamic world of packaging and allied machinery.
