USA – Cosmo Films has announced plans to introduce seven new products for the US market at Labelexpo Americas 2024.
These innovative films are designed for various applications across the labeling and packaging industries.
The new product lineup includes Graphic Films PVC-Free, which are intended for signage applications. These films provide an eco-friendly alternative to traditional PVC materials, aligning with the growing demand for sustainable options in the signage industry.
Another addition is High Shrink Label Films – PETG and Crystalline PET, specifically designed for the label industry. These films offer high-performance shrink capabilities, making them ideal for applications that require precise and durable labeling solutions.
CPP Extrusion Lamination Films are also being introduced, targeting the packaging sector. These films are engineered for superior lamination properties, enhancing both the appearance and structural integrity of packaging materials.
In response to the need for heat-resistant solutions, Cosmo Films is launching Teplo R-Heat Resistant Films. These films are designed to be used as a printing layer in laminates for packaging, offering excellent durability under high-temperature conditions.
The lineup also includes 92 Micron White and Clear Films, which are intended for the label industry. These films provide versatile options for both clear and opaque labeling, catering to a wide range of labeling needs.
Flexi Premere Films are another new offering, designed as elongation films for non-tear labels. These films combine flexibility with strength, ensuring durability in labeling applications where tear resistance is critical.
Lastly, Cosmo Films is introducing a Primer Coating for Printability in Label Films. This product enhances the printability of label films, ensuring high-quality and reliable printing results, which are essential for maintaining brand integrity and product identification.

At the recently concluded Drupa 2024, Cosmo Films showcased a wide range of thermal lamination films, Cosmo Synthetic Paper, Cosmo Sunshield Films, and other graphic application products.
Their stall stood out as a center of attraction, drawing visitors and industry professionals eager to experience the brand’s latest innovations.
