The agreement will enable Lamipak to unify communication and data sharing with its global suppliers.

CHINA – Lamipak has partnered with Blue Yonder to enhance visibility and resilience across its international supply chain network through the adoption of the Blue Yonder Network platform.
The agreement will enable Lamipak to unify communication and real-time data sharing with global suppliers, customers and logistics providers.
By leveraging Blue Yonder’s supply chain command centre capabilities, the aseptic packaging producer plans to consolidate inventory, shipment and order data from partners into a single integrated system.
The move comes as manufacturers face continued cross-border disruptions, fluctuating demand and logistics volatility.
Lamipak aims to strengthen its ability to detect and respond to supply chain risks, coordinate multi-party activities and maintain service reliability across regions.
Blue Yonder APAC President Antonio Boccalandro said supply chain resilience is critical for companies operating expansive global networks.
“We’re excited to support Lamipak in their digital transformation journey by providing a comprehensive, scalable solution that will enable them to strengthen partnerships, gain competitive advantage and drive sustainable growth,” he noted.
The rollout includes AI-enabled tools designed to monitor demand shifts, capacity constraints and potential delays.
The system can generate automated alerts and recommend corrective actions, helping Lamipak improve response times, optimise goods movement and adjust operations as conditions evolve.
According to Ricky Zhou, the company required a robust and scalable platform to manage rapid regional expansion while meeting changing customer expectations.
“By implementing Blue Yonder Network, we will gain end-to-end visibility and enhanced intelligence, enabling us to navigate complexity and uncertainty while streamlining operations, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction,” Zhou said.
The digital transformation initiative follows Lamipak’s expanded product showcase at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, where the company introduced new sustainable and functional packaging solutions for markets across the Middle East, Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
A key highlight was the launch of LamiSleeve, completing its aseptic beverage carton portfolio across both sleeve and roll-fed formats.
Industry analysts note that as aseptic packaging demand grows in emerging markets, supply chain agility is becoming a competitive differentiator.
By integrating advanced network-based planning and AI-driven analytics, Lamipak positions itself to enhance operational coordination while supporting its broader strategy as a comprehensive end-to-end aseptic packaging provider.
