Lamipak to unveil new packaging solutions at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024

UAE – Lamipak, a global leader in aseptic packaging, is set to reveal its latest packaging innovations at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024, running from November 5-7 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Located at booth Z3-C2 in Za’abeel Hall 3, Lamipak will present an expanded portfolio, showcasing both reel-fed and sleeve-fed packaging formats crafted to enhance brand presence on retail shelves.

“We’re thrilled to participate in this year’s Gulfood Manufacturing and introduce our latest packaging formats and services,” said Ajas Shaikh, Cluster Head for the Middle East & Africa.

One of the standout innovations is LamiSleeve, Lamipak’s first sleeve-fed aseptic packaging format, designed to offer new possibilities in package design.

Another key launch is LamiPure, a next-generation pack made with 90% renewable content and free of aluminum, underscoring the company’s commitment to sustainability.

“LamiPure represents our dedication to eco-friendly solutions,” commented Karunesh Singh, ISU Cluster Head at Lamipak.

“This pack increases renewable content from 75% to 90% compared to standard options and simplifies carton recycling by eliminating aluminum.”

Alongside these new packaging options, Lamipak will introduce an innovative marketing tool, One Pack, One QR Code, which enables brands to engage directly with consumers.

Each pack features a unique QR code, providing a gateway for consumer engagement campaigns such as “scan and win,” loyalty programs, and detailed product information like origin and authenticity.

“This tool offers boundless opportunities for brands to enhance consumer engagement and real-time product tracking,” said Kanchan Sharma, Regional Marketing Head for the India Subcontinent, Middle East & Africa.

“Brands can now offer personalized experiences, from discounts and loyalty rewards to exclusive content like recipes and brand stories. Consumers simply scan the QR code to access these tailored experiences, while brands gain insights into purchasing patterns and product performance, enabling better marketing and demand forecasting.”

Lamipak’s diverse portfolio serves various beverage segments, including dairy, juice, plant-based drinks, and alcoholic beverages such as wine and spirits.

The company also provides comprehensive technical and marketing services, supporting clients from product conception to launch.
