PAC Machinery set to showcase latest packaging innovations at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025

USA – PAC Machinery is set to unveil a suite of advanced packaging solutions at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, held from September 29 to October 1, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. 

The company will present 12 cutting-edge machines, emphasizing sustainability and automation, including two new automatic baggers and robotic systems designed to meet evolving industry demands.

The ‘Flexible Sustainability’ lineup takes centre stage, featuring systems that process curbside-recyclable paper and plastic with up to 100% recycled content. 

“Our goal is to provide solutions that adapt to regulatory changes and consumer preferences for eco-friendly packaging,” said Greg Berguig, President of PAC Machinery, in a statement. 

Highlighted machines include the Rollbag R985, a compact tabletop bagger compatible with recyclable paper and poly materials, and the Rollbag R3200, which supports PAC’s patented Fiberflex paper mailers and poly mailers made from fully recycled resins.

 “These baggers offer unmatched flexibility, enabling businesses to stay compliant and efficient,” Berguig added.

PAC Machinery will also showcase two robotic integrations in collaboration with MSD Sales and CMES Robotics. 

The Rollbag R785 pairs with a robotic kitting system for precise part handling, while the Rollbag R3200 integrates with CMES’s AI-driven picking technology, enhancing high-speed, sustainable automation. 

These systems aim to reduce labor costs and improve operational efficiency.

According to a recent Packaging World report, 68% of U.S. consumers prioritize eco-friendly packaging, fueling demand for innovations like those PAC Machinery will display. 

The company’s exhibit will also feature the 6800CS side sealer with an in-zone labeler and the PAC FW 400F flow wrapper, both designed to minimize waste while supporting recyclable materials. 

Additional machines, such as the PVG industrial vacuum sealer and Clamco 4C combo shrink-wrap system, underscore PAC Machinery’s commitment to versatile, sustainable solutions.
