Why US$325 Billion E-Commerce and US$456 Billion Sustainable Packaging Markets Drive India’s Transit Packaging Sector

India’s transit packaging industry is expanding rapidly, fueled by sectors like e-commerce, manufacturing, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.

The e-commerce market alone is projected to hit US$325 billion by 2030, growing at a 21 percent CAGR, driving demand for secure and efficient packaging solutions.

The global sustainable packaging market is expected to reach US$456.04 billion by 2030, growing at a 7.67 percent CAGR, as businesses respond to stricter regulations on single-use plastics and rising consumer awareness.

The rise of quick commerce is further accelerating demand for durable, lightweight, and eco-friendly packaging that ensures product safety while minimizing waste.
