Parason enhances Samsen Papers with 6 high-efficiency agitators in Tamil Nadu

INDIA – Parason has successfully completed the installation of six agitators at Samsen Papers Private Limited, located in Madathukulam, Udumalpet, Tamil Nadu.

The move marks a significant step toward optimizing Samsen’s fiber preparation process while underlining the broader industry trend towards energy efficiency and operational resilience.

The newly installed agitators are designed to handle both market pulp and recycled fiber with exceptional consistency and minimal energy consumption.

Built with cutting-edge engineering, the agitators incorporate features such as low power usage, adjustable guiding plates to eliminate rotational motion in the pulp, an external bearing system that simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime, and an integrated dilution arrangement to ensure homogenous fiber consistency.

These enhancements are expected to contribute directly to improved product quality and lower operational costs.
