Arti-Bau operates in Poland and German-speaking markets

EUROPE – Prime Label Group, a leading label manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe, has acquired Arti-Bau, a prominent digital label printing company based in Lower Silesia, Poland.
According to the company, this acquisition strengthens Prime Label’s position in the rapidly growing digital label production sector.
Founded in 2012, Arti-Bau has evolved from a local manufacturer into a key player in Poland’s packaging market. The company specializes in self-adhesive labels produced using advanced inkjet technology.
Reports highlight Arti-Bau’s pioneering launch of Europe’s first hybrid label printing machine, enabling cost-effective, low-volume print runs tailored to the rising demand for personalized and flexible packaging.
The innovation has positioned Arti-Bau as a leader in premium label production, serving markets in Poland and German-speaking countries.
In a statement, Arti-Bau’s Management Board President, Monika Stefańska, noted: “Joining a dynamic, European-scale group like Prime Label opens new perspectives for us.”
“Their focus on people and advancement mirrors our values, driving our growth faster than competitors.”
In addition, Prime Label Group’s CEO, Arkadiusz Sapiecha, added that since 2019, the company has been building its leadership in Central and Eastern Europe, leveraging digital, offset, and flexo printing technologies.
“In 2024, our sales surpassed US$108.9 million, ranking us among Europe’s top label manufacturers.”
This acquisition, the eighth facilitated by Innova Capital’s Innova/6 SCA SICAV private equity fund, highlighted Prime Label’s aggressive growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, expanding its reach into the DACH region (Switzerland, Austria, Germany) and Scandinavia.
Meanwhile, Prime Label is also investing in eco-friendly technologies, such as digital varnishing for tactile label effects, further supporting sustainability goals outlined in initiatives like the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement.
