Flagship exhibition to expand scale, deepen innovation focus and strengthen its role as a global business and trend platform.

FRANCE – SIAL Paris 2026 will return to the Paris Nord Villepinte from October 17–21, 2026, with organizers promising the most ambitious edition in the event’s history.
Building on the success of a record-breaking 2024 show, the upcoming edition is expected to further cement SIAL Paris as a global benchmark for the food and beverage industry.
Positioned as a powerful business accelerator, the exhibition continues to serve as a platform for innovation, trade and insight into the trends shaping the future of food worldwide.
Early indicators point to strong momentum. With 85% of exhibition space already booked, more than 260,000 m² has been sold, representing a 16% increase compared to the same stage in the previous edition.
In total, the show will span over 280,000 m² across 10 key sectors, bringing together up to 8,000 exhibitors and an estimated 295,000 professionals from more than 200 countries.
Several categories, including grocery, fine foods, meat, poultry, delicatessen, cereals, pulses, and fresh produce, are nearing full capacity, while segments such as beverages, frozen foods and sweet goods are also seeing strong uptake.
Leading exhibiting countries include Italy, Spain, Türkiye, Greece and France, underscoring the event’s strong European and international participation.
Innovation remains central to the 2026 agenda. The SIAL Innovation program, celebrating its 30th anniversary, will feature an enhanced format integrating SIAL Taste, enabling visitors to not only discover but also experience new products firsthand.
More than 650 startups are expected to participate, including around 150 within a dedicated start-up zone, alongside a Startup Pitch stage designed to connect emerging businesses with investors and buyers.
Beyond product showcases, SIAL Paris will continue to act as a hub for thought leadership. Through SIAL Summits and SIAL Talks, global experts, executives and researchers will explore key issues such as sustainability, shifting consumer preferences, digital transformation and supply chain resilience.
The 2026 edition will also introduce an enhanced business experience, featuring AI-powered matchmaking tools, a Meet & Match platform, speed-meeting sessions and an upgraded Business Lounge, aimed at facilitating connections and accelerating deal-making.
As the food industry navigates rapid transformation, SIAL Paris 2026 is set to play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, showcasing innovation and driving global market opportunities across the entire food value chain, including packaging, processing and distribution.
