Sitma USA expands partnership with Ricoh to deliver comprehensive packaging, fulfilment solutions

USA – Sitma USA, a Tecnau company, has expanded its partnership with Ricoh USA to provide fully integrated solutions for packaging, mailing, and fulfilment operations across North America.

Tecnau, an Italian-based leader in paper handling, processing, and finishing systems for the digital printing market, continues to broaden its portfolio through collaborations that merge innovation with efficiency.

The extended partnership builds on Sitma and Ricoh’s longstanding relationship, aimed at enhancing workflow integration from print production to final packaging.

As part of the agreement, Ricoh will play a central role in the sales, integration, and servicing of Sitma’s automated packaging and wrapping systems.

This expansion strengthens Ricoh’s ability to offer customers complete, end-to-end workflow solutions tailored for the print, mail, and e-commerce sectors.

These technologies are designed to increase productivity, improve sustainability, and reduce operating costs for commercial printers and logistics providers alike.

The strengthened alliance follows a series of successful joint projects, including a major enterprise installation where Ricoh played a key role in deploying a customized Sitma system.
