Since commissioning, Suve Graphics has already crossed two million impressions within the first month.

INDIA – Tiruchirappalli-based Suve Graphics has strengthened its commercial and book printing operations with the installation of a new RMGT 920ST four-colour press, aiming to enhance productivity, consistency, and energy efficiency on the shop floor.
Established in 1995, Suve Graphics specializes in calendars, wedding invitations, brochures, flyers, letterheads, and book printing. The company is led by Managing Director S Kumar, who brings over 30 years of industry experience.
Kumar explained that the decision to invest in the RMGT 920ST followed a detailed evaluation of multiple presses.
“We were operating three older machines, a Ryobi 524, a Komori L426, and a Ryobi 750 wide. When we considered an upgrade, we looked at options from other companies as well,” he said.
“Ultimately, the RMGT stood out for its stability, compact footprint, and the reliable service backup from Provin Technos. We’ve worked with Provin for many years, and their support and spare pricing were major reasons for choosing RMGT.”
Since commissioning, Suve Graphics has already crossed two million impressions within the first month, a milestone Kumar attributes to the company’s commercial printing volumes rather than the press alone.
“The RMGT has been smooth and consistent from day one, helping improve turnaround times and reduce wastage,” he noted.
The investment represents a strategic shift for the company, marking its first purchase of a brand-new press rather than a pre-owned machine.
Kumar explained, “Our older presses were from 2008 or 2010 and came with recurring issues. A new machine gives us peace of mind for the next five to ten years.
“Even a second-hand machine would have cost around INR 2.5 crore, so it made sense to invest in a new one. Going forward, I will only invest in brand-new equipment.”
The RMGT 920ST is designed for faster job changeovers, operator-assist functions, and improved energy efficiency, features that Suve Graphics expects will support higher productivity and consistent output for long-run book and commercial print jobs.
Kumar emphasized the value of reliability in his operations, “RMGT stands for reliability, and Provin Technos ensures that reliability translates seamlessly into performance.
“This installation not only strengthens our capabilities but also positions us for future growth in the competitive Indian printing market.”
Suve Graphics’ move reflects a growing trend among Indian printers to invest in modern, energy-efficient presses to meet evolving market demands, improve turnaround times, and maintain high-quality standards in both commercial and book printing segments.
