Syntegon unveils enhanced Pack 103 flow wrapper for small businesses

GERMANY – Syntegon, a global leader in packaging technology, has announced the launch of the Pack 103, an enhanced version of its entry-level Pack 102 flow-wrapping machine.

Specifically engineered for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the new model aims to provide a cost-effective automation solution without compromising on performance, versatility, or reliability.

The Pack 103 builds on Syntegon’s six-decade legacy of robust Doboy flow wrappers, delivering a modernised design that offers greater operational efficiency.

With a production capacity of up to 175 packs per minute, the machine is well-suited for a wide range of packaging applications across the food, nonfood, and medical sectors.

Its intuitive user interface and streamlined operation allow smaller businesses to reduce manual processes, improve turnaround times, and boost overall productivity.

Syntegon highlights the Pack 103’s versatility as one of its strongest features. The machine’s modular design and ease of integration make it ideal for companies looking to scale operations without the complexity of high-end industrial systems.

In line with its innovation strategy, Syntegon has also expanded its end-of-line solutions with the recent introduction of the Kliklok ACC carton closer.

Developed in close collaboration with customers, this high-speed solution addresses the growing need for flexible, reliable, and efficient carton sealing technology.

The Kliklok ACC supports speeds of up to 200 cartons per minute and accommodates a broad spectrum of carton sizes and materials, including both cardboard and corrugated board.

Key features include servo-driven carton alignment, integrated control systems, and tool-free changeover, which collectively ensure rapid adjustments, minimal downtime, and consistent sealing quality.

The system’s positive turning section enables smooth carton handling even in cold, wet, or high-condensation environments.

Moreover, the Kliklok ACC is designed to fit a variety of production layouts, offering flexible entry and exit options.

It can also be integrated with Syntegon’s Advanced Carton Erector and automated loading systems to form a complete, top-load cartoning line.
