FUJIFILM installs 10-color Revoria EC2100s at Kolkata’s Sushma Printers, unlocking gold, silver, texture toners

INDIA – FUJIFILM India has installed its advanced Next Gen Revoria EC2100s 5‑station digital press at Sushma Printers in Kolkata, equipping the 26‑year‑old printing house with metallic gold, silver, white, clear, texture, and pink specialty toners to expand its creative capabilities across packaging, catalogues, and publishing.

The 10‑color, 5‑station press delivers a remarkable 100 pages per minute at 2,400 × 2,400 dpi resolution, with LED print head technology and Super EA Eco Toner, recognized as the smallest toner particle in the industry, ensuring precision and vibrant output.

Koji Wada, Managing Director of FUJIFILM India, explained that the installation reflects the company’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions that embody its Group purpose of “Giving our world more smiles” by blending diverse ideas and unique capabilities.

26 Years of Print Excellence, Now Levelled Up

Raju Jalal, owner of Sushma Printers, reflected that after 26 years in the printing business and mastering digital, enhancement prints, and post‑press work, the new 10‑color Fujifilm press represents a significant upgrade.

He noted that the advanced specialty toners, including metallic gold, silver, white, clear, texture toner, and pink, will unlock endless creative possibilities, strengthening the company’s competitive edge and allowing it to offer clients even more creative and high‑quality products.

The Revoria EC2100s supports a wide range of media, from lightweight 52 gsm to heavyweight 400 gsm stocks, and accommodates large print sizes up to 330 × 1,300 mm.
