The partnership will provide a comprehensive range of services, from waste collection and street cleaning to waste treatment and recycling.

UAE — KEZAD Group, part of AD Ports Group, has entered into a strategic joint venture with BEEAH, the region’s leading sustainability and innovation company, to deliver integrated, eco-friendly waste-management services across KEZAD’s economic cities and free zones.
Under the agreement, KEZAD will hold a 51% stake in the new entity, which aims to support businesses with compliant, reliable and circular waste solutions aligned with Abu Dhabi’s sustainability goals.
The partnership introduces a comprehensive service platform offering waste collection, street cleaning, waste treatment, recycling and material recovery.
By consolidating these services under a single operational framework, the joint venture will help industrial and logistics tenants reduce environmental impact while meeting evolving regulatory requirements.
A key component of the collaboration is the development of a state-of-the-art Circular Environmental Facility at KEZAD Al Ma’mourah.
The facility will process both solid and liquid waste streams, with a focus on recovering materials for reuse within industrial value chains, reinforcing KEZAD’s positioning as a hub for sustainable manufacturing and responsible industrial expansion.
Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities & Free Zones at AD Ports Group, described the partnership as a strategic response to market needs, “This joint venture strengthens our integrated services offering and responds directly to customers’ demand for efficient and sustainable waste-management solutions.
“Partnering with BEEAH enhances the value of KEZAD as a destination for responsible industrial growth and supports our customers in meeting their environmental commitments.”
Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, highlighted the complementary strengths driving the partnership, “This collaboration brings together complementary capabilities to deliver practical circular economy solutions at scale.
“Through this joint venture, we will support businesses across KEZAD with proven waste-management expertise that reduces landfill reliance and improves overall environmental impact.”
The rollout will be phased. Initial services will focus on waste collection, tracking, sorting and street cleaning. Subsequent phases will introduce recycling, composting and industrial waste recovery.
Long-term plans include advanced waste solutions aimed at achieving zero-waste-to-landfill targets, supporting Abu Dhabi’s broader circular-economy ambitions.
By combining KEZAD’s industrial ecosystem with BEEAH’s operational expertise, the joint venture is expected to create stable, utility-linked services that enhance customer retention while contributing to high environmental standards across one of the region’s most dynamic economic zones.
