The new center represents a strategic step designed to support customers and partners in the region.

ROMANIA – Label and packaging press manufacturer Nilpeter has expanded its footprint in South Eastern Europe with the opening of a new Technology Centre in Bucharest, Romania, hosted at the premises of its long-standing partner Euro Top Grafix SRL.
The facility is positioned as a strategic hub to give converters, brand owners and industry stakeholders easier access to technology demonstrations, application expertise and closer collaboration across the regional label and packaging value chain.
Nilpeter said the centre will help customers evaluate solutions, simulate job scenarios and accelerate investment decisions through hands-on access to equipment and technical know-how.
To mark the launch, Euro Top Grafix and Nilpeter will host an open house on March 5, inviting visitors to experience live production sessions and dedicated presentations focused on productivity, print quality and sustainable manufacturing.
A key highlight of the event will be the opportunity to see Nilpeter’s flexo flagship, the FA-Line, operating live.
Visitors will be able to inspect the platform at close range, discuss application requirements, and gain insight into how flexographic technology is advancing performance and versatility in label and flexible packaging production, an area where converters are under growing pressure to deliver shorter lead times, improved efficiency and greater material flexibility.
Alongside demonstrations, the program will feature presentations and technical contributions from a strong line-up of partners, including Toyo Inks, GEW, Flexowash, Nilpeter and Xsys, among others.
The agenda is expected to spotlight how press technology, inks, curing systems, plate solutions and wash-up innovations can work together to optimize output while supporting sustainability goals.
Cristian Hatagan, owner of Euro Top Grafix SRL, said the new centre is designed to strengthen industry engagement in the market.
“We are proud to take this next step together with Nilpeter. Our partnership has been built on trust, shared ambition, and a strong focus on supporting customers with the right solutions. With the new Technology Centre in Bucharest, we are creating a place where the industry can meet, learn, and see the latest technology in action,” he said.
Alex Aarslew-Jensen, international sales manager at Nilpeter, described the launch as proof of long-term collaboration translating into practical customer value.
“It enables us to support customers in the region more directly, demonstrate the capabilities of the FA-Line, and work closely with partners to help converters build even stronger, more efficient production,” he said.
The Bucharest opening follows Nilpeter’s recent regional restructuring efforts.
In December, the company consolidated activities across Latin America into a single organization, Nilpeter Latam, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, bringing sales, service, spare parts and customer care under one umbrella to streamline support for markets from Argentina to Mexico.
