Both Gandy and Hoffman have spent years learning the business from the ground up, Gandy from customer service to sales leadership, Hoffman from the plant floor to account management.

USA – Channeled Resources Group has promoted Ginnie Gandy to general manager of its liner division and Alex Hoffman to general manager of its label division, with both appointees representing the third generation of family leadership.
Gandy started in customer service before moving into sales and sales management. In her new role, she will oversee operations in the liner division, covering service delivery, growth plans, and team support.
She currently leads CRG’s release liner sales team and serves as chair of the Tag and Label Manufacturer Institute’s Label Leaders of Tomorrow group, while also participating in the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council’s marketing committee.
A Leader Who Knows Every Angle
CRG president Cindy White explained that Gandy has earned this opportunity through her commitment to customers, her leadership, and the example she sets for her team.
White noted that Gandy understands the business from multiple angles, and that perspective makes her especially well-suited to lead the liner division.
From Plant Floor to General Manager
Hoffman began his career at CRG in plant-based roles, including manufacturing and scheduling, before moving into procurement and estimating.
He later shifted into account management. As general manager of the label division, he will focus on expanding the product range, maintaining short lead times, and managing service performance.
White added that Hoffman brings a deep understanding of the business and a thoughtful approach to where the company can go next.
She noted that his experience across so many parts of the organization gives him a strong foundation for leading the label division.
Ready to Make A Difference
For customers of CRG’s liner and label divisions, the promotions signal continuity backed by deep institutional knowledge.
Both Gandy and Hoffman have spent years learning the business from the ground up, Gandy from customer service to sales leadership, Hoffman from the plant floor to account management.
In an industry where supply chain reliability and technical expertise are critical, having leaders who understand both operational realities and customer needs is a powerful advantage.
The Bottom Line
CRG supplies pressure-sensitive materials, blank labels, and custom release liners to converters and brand owners across North America.
With third-generation family members now leading both divisions, the company positions itself for sustained growth while maintaining the customer focus and operational discipline that built its reputation.
As the label and liner markets face pressures from raw material costs and sustainability mandates, having seasoned leaders at the helm becomes not just beneficial but essential.
