A new warehouse is being established in Brazil to store nationalized and cleared parts.

BRAZIL – Emmepi Group, a leading provider of automated handling and end-of-line systems for the corrugated packaging sector, has deepened its operations in Brazil through a strategic leadership change and expanded support infrastructure.
This move targets the country’s expanding demand for efficient, sustainable packaging solutions amid rising e-commerce and eco-conscious consumer trends.
Paolo Bianchi, who has represented Emmepi in Brazil for over a decade, will hand over responsibilities to Andre Fazzolari as the new market agent.
Bianchi’s efforts have established a solid customer base, and he will collaborate with Fazzolari during the handover to maintain uninterrupted service.
Fazzolari, with more than 20 years in the corrugated field from his prior role with ISOWA, expressed enthusiasm for the transition.
In a statement, he said, “It is a real pleasure to work with the Emmepi Group team. I am impressed by the professionalism, energy, and teamwork that defines the company.”
He added that he anticipates fostering stronger ties to expand the company’s reach in the region.
To enhance reliability for Brazilian clients, Emmepi has deployed two full-time technicians stationed locally, cutting response times for maintenance and repairs.
The company is also opening a dedicated spare parts warehouse in the country, stocked with pre-cleared and nationalized components for quick deployment.
These steps aim to minimize downtime and support the sector’s shift toward recyclable corrugated materials, which form a key part of sustainable packaging strategies.
This expansion follows a major project milestone in May 2025, when Emmepi completed a high-tech installation at Klabin’s Piracicaba II Unit, Brazil’s largest paper and packaging producer.
The setup featured integrated vertical storage and palletizers linked to the plant’s ERP system, improving production flow.
Douglas Dalmasi, Klabin’s Director of Packaging, noted that the equipment brings market-leading advancements in safety and output.
According to a report on the project, it enables greater efficiency in delivering fiber-based packaging to clients.
Emmepi President Alessandro Bersanetti highlighted the partnership’s value, stating it demonstrates how targeted automation aids productivity in corrugated operations.
