UAE – Hotpack has signed a partnership agreement with Dubai Charity Association (DCA) to expand cooperation on humanitarian and community welfare initiatives across Dubai.

The deal underscores the growing role of private-sector engagement in social responsibility.

Under the agreement, DCA will install smart donation kiosks across Hotpack’s retail showrooms in Dubai, enabling customers and visitors to contribute directly to the association’s humanitarian programs.

The initiative is designed to integrate charitable giving into everyday consumer touchpoints, leveraging Hotpack’s retail network to widen outreach.

The collaboration also provides added value to Bishaara Loyalty Card holders, who will receive exclusive discounts at 21 Hotpack retail outlets across the UAE.

In parallel, Hotpack will actively support DCA’s flagship humanitarian drives, including Ramadan campaigns and other seasonal initiatives.

Abdul Jebbar PB, Founder, Group CEO and Managing Director of Hotpack, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to embedding social impact within its operations.

“We are proud to partner with the Dubai Charity Association. We believe that meaningful growth must go hand in hand with social responsibility,” he said.

“This partnership reflects our commitment to embedding compassion into our business operations and using our retail footprint as a platform for positive change.”

The agreement was signed at DCA’s headquarters in Muhaisnah by HE Ahmed Al Suwaidi, CEO of DCA, and Zainudeen PB, Group COO and Executive Director of Hotpack, in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations, including Rawan Saad, Head of Partnership and Communications at DCA, and Mujeeb Rahman, Deputy General Manager – Operations at Hotpack.

HE Ahmed Al Suwaidi highlighted the importance of private-sector partnerships in scaling humanitarian initiatives.

“Collaboration with the private sector is essential to expanding the reach and effectiveness of humanitarian initiatives,” he said.

“Our partnership with Hotpack represents a shared vision to integrate charitable giving into everyday life, while fostering sustainable development and strengthening the values of solidarity and social responsibility across the UAE.”

Zainudeen PB added that the agreement aligns operational presence with structured humanitarian programs, reinforcing a culture of responsibility among employees, customers and stakeholders.

The partnership marks a further step in Hotpack’s corporate social responsibility strategy, positioning its retail infrastructure as a conduit for community engagement and charitable impact across the UAE.
