SOUTH AFRICA – Ishida has showcased its expanded African packaging automation portfolio at Propak Cape, following its acquisition of National Packaging Systems, with the combined offering delivering faster throughput, higher efficiency and enhanced quality across the continent’s food and non-food manufacturing sectors.
The acquisition of NPS, a Kwa-Zulu Natal-based provider of filling and packaging solutions for over 40 years, has given African manufacturers access to world-class automation solutions.
Ishida is also presenting two new products on the African continent: the Inspira snacks packing system and a stick pack/sachet maker.
