Jainytic expands Noida packaging facility to serve FMCG, Pharma with premium labels

The combination of digital, flexo and advanced finishing allows delivery across the spectrum, from high-volume FMCG labels to short-run premium jobs, with 100 percent accuracy backed by leading-edge packaging solutions.

INDIA – Jainytic has expanded its Noida packaging facility to serve rising demand from FMCG and pharmaceutical brands, leveraging Konica Minolta digital and Bobst flexo printing technology to produce premium self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves and custom containers.

The Noida-headquartered company has grown from INR 3 crore (US$359,000) in its first year to a projected INR 40 crore (US$4.79 million) in FY25, driven by its blend of flexo, digital and finishing technologies.

Its production facility is equipped with advanced printing machinery, automated systems and precision finishing equipment, enabling end-to-end manufacturing from material selection to final delivery.

Advanced Printing Technology Drives Speed and Premium Finishing

Jainytic’s Konica Minolta digital press enables same-day sampling and short-run production, eliminating plate costs that typically make 500- to 1,000-metre runs uneconomical.

A Bobst narrow-web converting line adds foiling, varnishing, and embossing capabilities, positioning the company in the high-value segment.

The combination of digital, flexo and advanced finishing allows delivery across the spectrum, from high-volume FMCG labels to short-run premium jobs, with 100 percent accuracy backed by leading-edge packaging solutions.

Security features including hologram labels, barcode labels, QR codes and Variable Data Printing support product authentication and supply chain tracking.

Strategic Focus on High-Growth FMCG and Pharmaceutical Sectors

The company provides security-focused labels with holograms, barcodes and QR codes for product authentication, while premium finishing options including embossing and metallic effects enhance shelf appeal for food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical brands.

The FMCG market is expanding due to rising disposable incomes and changing lifestyles, with demand for tamper-evident labels growing in pharmaceuticals and food industries. Jainytic’s product portfolio includes self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, wet glue labels, in-mould labels, heat seal labels, hologram security labels, barcode labels, variable data printing, QR code labels, and custom packaging solutions.

The company serves a wide range of industries including FMCG, pharmaceutical, alcoholic beverages, food and beverage, cosmetics, personal care, dairy, nutraceutical, chemical, lubricant, automobile, and industrial manufacturing.

The company’s end-to-end approach supports clients throughout the packaging lifecycle, from material selection and packaging consultation to artwork optimisation, printing, finishing, quality inspection, and timely delivery.

The facility is designed to handle specialized requirements such as security-focused labels featuring holograms, barcodes and QR codes for product authentication and supply chain tracking. Future growth will depend on the company’s ability to maintain production quality and execute on delivery timelines as it scales operations.
